Fourth Interview



Fourth Interviewee:
Jumaa (accountant)

Interviewers:
Mr. Hedley, Alabed and Mohammed Abdul-Aziz

Date: February 16 2012

His introduction was very brief, talking about his skills in mathematics and how that would help him get a job as an accountant.
Negative aspects were he is not willing to continue studying and still get the job, because of his skills as a mathematician; he still doesn't have any experience in the accounting field so he lacks experience but he will make it up by his math skills.
A question was asked if they should hire him?  He answered, yes because of his good math, English and communication skills and he has a certificate in using computers.
The interview then finished with the last question if he heard anything negative about the company, since it is a new company; he did not hear anything negative about it.

Third Interview



Third Interviewee:
Ghaith Al-Muhairbi (pilot Ettihad airlines)

Interviewers:
Mr. Hedley, Faisal, Abdulla Al Alawi

Date: February 16 2012

He began his introduction about how he always dreamt of flying airplanes and being a pilot ever since he was a child.  Wants to work in Ettihad airlines, because it is known worldwide as one of the best airlines in the world with a secure job and excellent working hours.
He can work under pressure, and should always be calm to assure the passengers that everything is okay and nothing bad is happening and fix the problem instantly. He also can handle any situation that he is in because that’s what makes a good pilot.
He’s interested in that field because of his keen interest in engines such as jet and car engines and how they work, and to also fly a Boeing 747.
He closed the interview with a question about the salary, and he was told by the interviewers the amount and the perks he was going to get, and he didn’t mind since his dream will come true.


First Interview


First Interviewee:
Abdulla Al-Marar (Video Game Developer)
Interviewers:
Mr. Hedley, Nasser and Mohammed Bassam.

In the beginning of his interview, Mr. Abdulla first started talking about himself. He studies in HCT, and is majoring in mechatronics engineering; he is interested in the video game industry because it’s his passion ever since he was a child. As the interview progressed, we learned his strengths which were he has a lot of experience as a video gamer, he’s very familiar with how the coding of games works, he is able to work under pressure. On the other hand he has weaknesses such as, he has a short term memory with game oriented programs, as he might forget a code or two but with practice he can do it. One of his goals is to go beyond the border of the gaming world and achieve new perspectives and heights in that field. The interview was finalized by Abdulla’s question, which was the salary and the perks he would get. He was really happy with the perks that were mentioned.



Second Interview


Second Interviewee:
Abu Baker (Mechatronichs teacher)
Interviewers:
Mr. Hedley, Saeed and Ghaith
Date: February 14 2012

As Mr. Hedley invited Abu Baker to the interview; he began talking about himself; he wanted to be a teacher, as it is something he really likes, and is willing to do.
The reason he chose this occupation, he said he has the qualifications and aspects of being a teacher which were also his strengths, such as the patience, understanding the students, be one with the students, be their guide, and help them when they need help.  He doesn’t have any negative aspects which is very good for a teacher; as well as being a teacher he has to be able to work under pressure, which, as he said, he can work under pressure.
